Transformando la historia para nuestros hijos | A Workshop for Parents

Most parents find an area or two that are more difficult in their relationship with their children. These areas are ones parents are learning themselves. Increasing such awareness and making it a collaborative learning process are part of the success.

This workshop and group series will be provided in both SPANISH and ENGLISH for parents (papas, mamas, abuelos, foster parents, padrinos)  interested in interested in exploring how their own trauma/difficult history informs their parenting practices and, developing new strategies based on trust, attachment, emotional regulation and empowering practices.Both parents are encouraged to come together.

After participating in this workshop, parents will be invited (not required) to participate in 6 weekly follow up, support treatment group.

Fees and Registration: $125 (workshop) per person and $30 per person for the follow-up treatment group.  Some private insurances mental health plans may cover part of this treatment series and some discounts are offered to those parents who come as a pair and those who pay cash.
